Chef Sam Marvin envisioned Echo & Rig as a place where quality and value coexist. By integrating a full-service butcher shop into the restaurant, patrons can select premium cuts of meat to enjoy on-site or take home. This innovative concept emphasizes transparency and freshness, setting Echo & Rig apart from conventional steakhouses.

  • Pork Belly Burnt Ends: Served with crispy pig’s head terrine and violet cherry sauce.
