During the pandemic, they began by repairing used kitchen equipment and developing a menu based on their diverse family heritage, which includes American, Mexican, and Italian cuisines.
Their commitment to the community is evident in their business model: a portion of every meal sold funds charitable initiatives, such as providing free meals to those in need. They also accept EBT payments and offer free delivery for EBT customers, ensuring accessibility for all.
