Strong Family Roots. Amazing Cuisine.
The journey of China Garden began when David and Marian Jue immigrated from China to Bossier City, Louisiana, in the 1960s. After gaining experience in the restaurant industry, they relocated to Houston and initially opened a Chinese food products store in 1968. Recognizing the community’s appetite for authentic Chinese cuisine, they transitioned the store into China Garden Restaurant in 1969.
Over the years, the restaurant has become a beloved establishment, known for its made-from-scratch dishes and welcoming environment.
