Opening in October 2021, Ci Siamo marked USHG’s first NYC debut since 2018 . Executive Chef Hillary Sterling brings her Italian training and experience from Vic’s and A Voce to a menu centered on seasonal ingredients and the transformative power of fire . The design by Matt Goodrich uses materials tempered by fire—terra cotta, glass, ceramics—creating a warm, communal ambiance that feels like homecoming, with an open kitchen and wood-burning hearth .
