How it all started.
With over 40 years of combined experience in the food and beverage industry, including two culinary degrees, Brady and Ashley Hibner decided to embark on their own culinary venture. In January 2018, they opened Fat Tuesday Sandwich Shop & Bakery, aiming to share their passion for quality food and exceptional customer service with the Bossier City community. Their dedication to crafting dishes from scratch using premium ingredients has quickly made Fat Tuesday a local favorite.
