How it all started.
Fernando’s culinary journey started with El Taco Grande, where he honed his skills in crafting delicious Mexican cuisine. Recognizing a demand for authentic street food, he launched Fernando’s Street Kitchen, initially operating through spontaneous pop-up events and catering services. The success and popularity of these ventures led to the establishment of a brick-and-mortar location in Batavia, allowing Fernando to share his passion for Mexican street food with a broader audience.

Street Tacos: Three per order, these tacos are topped with lettuce, cheese, cilantro, onion, and your choice of protein, including brisket, pork, shredded chicken or beef, ground beef, chicken breast, steak, chorizo, shrimp, or veggies.
