How it all started.

Established in the summer of 2003, Pam’s Patio Kitchen is a family-owned business that follows a simple, yet significant dining philosophy: “only serve the food they love to eat.” This approach has led to a menu that reflects a diverse range of international flavors, catering to a wide array of palates.

What should you Try?

Pam’s menu is a testament to its global culinary influences, offering a variety of dishes that have become local favorites:

  • Flame Grilled Chipotle Chicken Sandwich: Served on fresh focaccia bread with homemade chipotle mayo and melted cheddar cheese, this sandwich has earned acclaim for its bold flavors.

  • Spinach Strawberry Pecan Salad: A refreshing mix of baby spinach, fresh strawberries, mandarin oranges, toasted pecans, and sliced green onions, all topped with a house-made orange honey mustard dressing.

  • Hop Sing’s Lettuce Wraps: A nod to Asian cuisine, this appetizer features stir-fried chicken with celery, cashews, and water chestnuts, served with lettuce leaves, crisp rice noodles, and sambal for added heat.

  • Melanie’s Adult Pizza: An 8-inch pizza topped with brie cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and capers, offering a sophisticated twist on a classic favorite.

  • Shrimp al Mojo de Ajo: Lightly breaded shrimp infused with minced garlic, served alongside angel hair pasta, fresh tomatoes, julienned poblanos, and onions.

Complementing the diverse menu is an extensive selection of wines and craft beers, with eight brews on tap and numerous bottled options, including cider. Patrons can also take advantage of the to-go growler service for their favorite beverages.
