YOLOS, short for “You Only Live Once,” embodies the Gaziers’ philosophy of living life to the fullest and sharing that joy through food. Starting as a food truck, they brought their culinary creations to various locations around Amarillo, quickly gaining popularity for their unique menu items and friendly service. In April 2025, YOLOS expanded to a permanent location at 3221 S Western Street, allowing them to serve their community more consistently while still operating their mobile unit for events and catering.
