NORMS was founded in 1949 by Norm Roybark, a Los Angeles native who opened one of Southern California’s first 24/7 restaurants near Sunset and Vine. The Huntington Park location, established in 1959, stands as the second oldest in the chain, reflecting the brand’s enduring presence in the region.
